We are seeking a dynamic, hands on Operations Manager for our Truganina depot to oversee the day to day operations of our interstate transport and freight business.
You'll be responsible for managing a wide range of operations, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of freight, while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced and competitive industry.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage superior service delivery to clientsCoordinate inbound and outbound freight to ensure all collections and deliveries are completed on timeCoordinate branch operations, including managing labour and vehicle resources to achieve both local and interstate delivery objectivesSupervise operations personnel, ensuring compliance with standard operating proceduresPlan, manage,
