About the role MGA Thermal is seeking a Materials Scientist to apply their expertise in materials science to advance our renewable energy initiatives. What you’ll do
Contribute to the development and testing of materials used in MGA Thermal’s energy storage solutions.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the performance and reliability of our products.
Collaborate with team members to improve testing methods and material performance.
Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in our material technologies.

Requirements
A degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.




A minimum of 3 years of experience in materials research and development.
Proficiency in experimental design and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with quality control processes and testing methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have
Experience with energy storage technologies or renewable energy systems.
Knowledge of thermal energy storage materials and their applications.
Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and material characterization.
