Packline Solutions is seeking a proactive and organised Finance Manager to join our team in Derrimut.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the day-to-day finance function while contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider business.The RoleReporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:Daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using JCurveProcessing supplier invoices and preparing weekly payment runsManaging Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProcessing payroll, PAYG and superannuationPreparing BAS information for lodgementAssisting with month-end reporting and reconciliationsPreparing sales and financial reportsSetting up supplier payments, including FX transactionsMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationAssisting with HR administration, onboarding documentation and employee recordsMaintaining OH&S; documentation and business compliance recordsProviding general administration support across the business as requiredAssisting with improving systems, workflows and business processesAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you'll have:Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similarStrong experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and PayrollExcellent reconciliation skills and attention to detailExperience preparing BAS informationExperience using accounting software (JCurve experience highly regarded)Excellent organisational and time management skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the businessConfidence learning new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processesWhat's in it for You?
