Our wholesale operations distribute veterinary medicines and animal health products nationally through warehouse sites in Bendigo (VIC), Toowoomba (QLD), Smithton (TAS)and Welshpool (WA),operatingwithin a highly regulated veterinary pharmaceutical environment.At the heart of the network is our in-houselogisticsservice, ALS.
Its primary purpose is servicing the Pork Storks Australia network — delivering reproductive products toclients within a tight time window, every time, with set delivery days to each client each week.
Built around that commitment, ALS also carries veterinary freight, distributing to ourApiamclinic network as well as swine,feedlotand dairy clients.About the roleBased in Bendigo and reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain & Customer Operations, you will be accountable for the leadership and performance of our warehousing and in-houselogisticsnetwork.
Your primary operational responsibility is our Bendigo and Toowoomba sites, where day-to-day operations are led by capable site Team Leaders — your job is to set the standards, build the capability and drive the performance of the network, not to run the floor.
Across Smithton and Welshpool, your role is to drive continuity and consistent standards between all four sites, rather than direct oversight of those operations.This function is expected to run under your leadership with minimal day-to-day involvement from above.
You will have real autonomyand bring strongaccountability: for operational performance, for safety and compliance,
