Located in Melbourne's beautiful Bayside suburb of Mordialloc, Whitewater is a contemporary aged care residence offering high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
About the Role
As Care Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting clinical and care teams
Ensuring resident assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate and up to date
Managing medication administration and clinical care delivery
Providing coaching, mentoring and education to care staff
Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
Driving continuous quality improvement and accreditation outcomes
Supporting workplace health, safety and infection prevention initiatives
Promoting a positive, cooperative and resident-focused culture
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care




Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations

Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology or Aged Care Management
