We are seeking a dynamic and passionate services manager to independently manage the support delivery of our participants.About YouAs an experienced Services Manager, you will possess the following:Extensive understanding of NDIS Regulatory FrameworkA minimum of two years of work experience in the capacity of a services manager or similar supervisory role in NDIS sectorBe committed to the growth and sustainability of the business as well as the wellbeing and safety of our participants.Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding and energetic environment, a highly decentralised care delivery setting with high risk and responsibilities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProfessionally deliver the duties as prescribed in the participant's care planAlways abide by the NDIS Code of ConductBelow are the usual responsibilities (not limited to)



a services manager would typically be expected to undertake:Managing the delivery of services to ensure participant goals and company objectives are achievedFacilitating the seamless onboarding of clientsPreparation and authorisation of care plans and related documentsCoordinating and communicating with clients, family, support network and other stakeholdersEscalating important issues to the DirectorsEnsuring NDIS compliance in all aspects of participant's supportActively participate in internal and external audits and other quality improvement activitiesActively participate in expos or other activitiesDeveloping policies to ensure high-quality care and complianceMonitoring support workersConduct routine client visits and ensure their wellbeingEnsuring client documents are up to date and audit-readySupervising and guiding Client liaison officerCoordinating with admin/rostering teamConducting risk assessments and implementation of risk mitigation plansClosely following up the changes in NDIS regulations and provider practice alerts and implementing the changes to ensure compliance.QualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' of experience either in similar fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOther ChecksValid police check—less than 12 months old.Valid Working with Children Check
