Featuring two purpose-built outdoor tracks and an exciting iPlay entertainment centre, we've been delivering memorable experiences for families, friends, schools, corporate groups and racing enthusiasts for decades.Our team is passionate about customer service, safety and creating an exciting atmosphere where every guest leaves with a smile.About the RoleAs a Track Safety Marshal, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.This is a casual weekend position offering approximately ***** hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods and public and school holidays.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising go-kart sessions and maintaining a safe racing environmentBriefing customers on safety procedures and track rulesMonitoring races and responding quickly to incidentsAssisting guests on and off the trackPerforming basic kart checks and minor maintenance tasksPreparing karts for racing sessionsMaintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the track and surrounding areasDelivering outstanding customer service to every guestWorking closely with teammates to ensure events run safely and efficientlyNo two days are the same, and you will be kept busy in a fun, high-energy environment.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a rapid-paced workplace.You'll ideally have:A friendly, outgoing and energetic personalityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to safetyOutstanding customer service skillsBasic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not essential)Basic computer skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnA reliable work ethic and the ability to follow proceduresA high level of physical fitnessAn interest in motorsport or go-karting (advantageous)Availability to work weekends, evenings, public holidays and school holidays on a rotating rosterPlease note: This is an active outdoor role involving standing for extended periods, walking, pushing karts and working in varying weather conditions.Why Join Kingston Park Raceway?
