You'll work alongside the Branch Manager to drive continuous improvement and ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing accurate, commercially sound service quotes and managing quote approvalsScheduling and managing workshop workflow to ensure jobs are completed within quoted timeframesLeading, developing, and motivating the service team to meet short and long-term business objectivesOverseeing WIP and producing regular reports on workshop performance, labour utilisation, and service KPIsManaging resources, plant,



and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimise downtimeEnsuring quality standards are met and non-conformances are addressed promptlyBuilding strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and timely parts deliveryBuilding strong relationships with our customer base and pivotal in growing new business.Promoting a safe and healthy workplace in line with the company's WHS Management SystemContributing to branch financial performance through budget management and profit deliveryAbout YouYou're an experienced service professional who brings both technical credibility and leadership presence.
