Weleda has been focused on social, environmental and economic responsibility since ****.Weleda Australia supplies to Health Distributors, Pharmacy Wholesalers, Retailers, and direct to consumers across the country.You will be part of a wholesome, encouraging, and dynamicworkplace.At Weleda we dare to care about people and the planet.The Role & YouKey ResponsibilitiesPrimarily to increase the sales of Weleda product to existing Health Food Store and selected Pharmacy customers.Build solid relationships with new and existing customers.Educating and training Retail staff on the various Weleda product rangesActivate marketing promotionsSupport marketing promotions with strong merchandising displays.Provide a local point of contact/presence in major urban centres.Assist Retailers with Weleda customer sales whilst on site so they can learn from example.Assist Retail staff with the merchandising of Weleda product so it is presented at an optimum.Be an active member of the Weleda sales teamEfficiently and comprehensively record the details regarding each visit on a daily basis via our CRM systemCoordinate all daily activities including call cycles, sales and marketing material and timesheets on a timely basis within budget.Undertaking duties in other areas of the company from time to time.Fun, caring and respectful working environmentSelf-development opportunities and coursesWork/life balanceQualifications/Experience:Previous merchandiser or sales experience within retail sector – within the Natural Health Sector and Pharmacy.Preferably some knowledge or understandings of Weleda products, or at least natural health products and/or body care.Good planning and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated & ability to work autonomously.This is a permanent part-time position working up to 15 hours per week.
(2 days a week)Days and hours of work may be negotiable.
