The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for instrumentation and electrical systems within the oil and gas industry.

Develop and maintain detailed work plans for instrumentation and electrical maintenance activitiesCollaborate with maintenance and operational personnel to ensure efficient execution of work plansEnsure compliance with safety regulations and best practicesMaintain accurate documentation and update electrical and instrumentation diagrams as neededReview SAP notifications and evaluate Risk Based Work Selection for work order processingConduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of workPlan in SAP maintenance work orders and work packs with tasks, discipline hours, materials, specialist vendor requirements, and other services required to execute the workPlan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders, ensuring statutory testing and compliance is maintainedReserve all stock materials, identify part numbers, and provide information required for the purchase of non-stock itemsAttend and engage in Planning & Scheduling meetingsTake feedback on work completion and continually improve information for future work – create job-specific task lists and update critical Bill of Material listsManage the development and control of budgetsDemonstrate a proactive role in identifying safety improvementsProvide proactive, constructive, and innovative input to enhance current practices

Requirements:
Proficient in utilizing SAP for maintenance planning and executionExperience within a similar or related industryKnowledge of relevant discipline and industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and best practicesHighly effective verbal and written communication skills
