We're looking for a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our Maintenance team and develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate who wants hands-on experience with plant equipment, maintenance systems and continuous improvement projects.About the RoleReporting to the Maintenance Manager,



you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to improve plant performance and reliability.Your responsibilities will include:Producing and updating CAD drawingsAssisting with equipment design and modificationsSupporting preventative maintenance activitiesAssisting with installation and commissioning of current equipmentInvestigating equipment issues and supporting root cause analysisDeveloping maintenance documentationIdentifying process improvement opportunitiesWorking collaboratively with Production and Maintenance teamsAbout YouYou will have:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringCAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar)Strong problem-solving skillsA genuine interest in manufacturing and engineeringA proactive attitude and willingness to learnManufacturing or food industry exposureInternship or work placement experienceKnowledge of preventative maintenance systemsLean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experienceWhy Join Tasty One?
