What We're Looking for in You
You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled leader ready toinspire your team and create meaningful experiences for children and families.Your ability to balance operational excellence with genuine care makes you theperfect fit.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Diploma, AdvancedDiploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
Valid WWCC and currentFirst Aid or CPR Certificate.
Knowledge of Child SafeStandards, EYLF, and NQS.
Training in childprotection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
Exceptionalcommunication, organisational, and leadership skills.
A proactive,collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
Previous experience in aChildcare leadership role is highly regarded (however not essential)
