Chisholm's culture of Belonging & Inclusion strives to promote a self-regulating culture that enhances the experiences of our employees, students and communities.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Casual Teacher – Electrical with the Electrical team, your key responsibilities include-Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners.Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions in a variety of cutting-edge and adaptive ways, using technology to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles.Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements.Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.ABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.Qualifications required for the roleCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs ****.Vocational qualifications at an AQF level based on level of teaching required and be able to teach across all year levels and competencies of the trade .




Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience.Registration with relevant professional association/s (as required for the specific discipline).
