The Role

You’ll be working closely with the site team, trades and project leadership to keep safety practical, visible and moving day to day.




Maintain day to day WHS standards across a live high rise construction site
Conduct site walks, inspections, audits and safety observations
Work with supervisors, trades and subcontractors to address risks early
Support toolbox talks, inductions and site safety communication
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
Keep safety documentation accurate, current and useful to the site team

The Criteria
WHS experience within commercial construction, ideally on multi level or high rise projects
Robust understanding of construction site safety, trades, sequencing and subcontractor management
Confident communicating with site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
