We're currently looking for passionate Assistant Store Managers to join our teams at both our Carindale and Browns Plains stores.

THE ROLE
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the storeLeading by example on the sales floor and helping the team achieve sales targets and KPIsDelivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experienceMaintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and store presentationExecuting promotions, displays, sampling activities and social media initiativesCoaching,



inspiring and supporting team members through daily leadershipAssisting with inventory management, stock control and operational processesHelping create a positive, energetic team culture where everyone can succeed
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, coaching the team, serving customers and ensuring the store operates to Elite's high standards.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of retail leadership or sales experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Keyholder experience is highly regarded)Leads by example and enjoys motivating and developing othersThrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environmentIs driven by achieving sales targets and KPIsHas excellent communication and organisational skillsTakes pride in maintaining high store standardsHas a genuine passion for health, fitness and supplementationIs available to work weekends and flexible shifts
