MORE Consulting is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse based at Moorabbin.
8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is eager to be part of a supportive team.
While high reach experience is important, we're placing an even greater emphasis on finding someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to contribute wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Put away and replenish stock within warehouse racking
Pick and stage orders for dispatch
Load and unload trucks as required
Complete stock movements and inventory transfers
Assist with general warehouse duties when required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence
Proven experience operating high reach forklifts
A positive attitude and strong work ethic – this is essential
Reliable, punctual, and committed to turning up every day
Strong awareness of workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties when needed
Good communication skills
Full working rights in Australia
