Working collaboratively with the Neonatal Advisory Group (NAG) NNP Working Group, you will coordinate the development of a structured Statewide educational framework that outlines competencies, standards and learning pathways required for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner candidates pursuing endorsement.You will lead the design and development of a comprehensive educational and clinical framework, including a rotational training model, governance structures and placement standards — ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and statewide objectives.Key responsibilitiesLeading benchmarking and literature reviews to inform model designDeveloping a university scoping paper outlining accredited course pathways and clinical requirementsCoordinating Steering Committee activities and stakeholder engagement across multiple sitesDesigning and delivering a comprehensive Statewide NNP Candidate training frameworkMonitoring project milestones, timelines, reporting and governance requirementsPreparing and presenting final project outcomes to the NAG NNP Working GroupThis role requires engagement across multiple organisations, including Monash Health.
