What You'll Be Doing:Managing guest enquiries via email and booking platformsHandling reservations, modifications, and re-bookings, with a focus on direct bookingsEnsuring smooth check-ins and check-outsUpselling early check-ins, late check-outs,



and additional services where possibleResponding to guest reviews and encouraging positive feedback, including personalised serviceCoordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests quicklyManaging key handovers and ensuring accurate tracking for guests and tradesAssisting with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the officeWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in reception, reservations, or a customer-facing role (hospitality experience highly regarded)Strong communication skills—both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environmentA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detailConfident using booking systems and handling guest enquiriesA team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments1 weekend day required and flexibility with public holidaysFamiliarity with the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas is a plus!
