This is a full-time position based at our facility in Canberra ACT ****.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our production and warehouse operations, supporting the assembly and processing of our mattress products.
You will work alongside our experienced team to ensure productive operations, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to the smooth running of our manufacturing facility.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a manufacturing environment whilst being part of a dynamic and supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly and production of mattresses, including preparation of components and materialsSupport warehouse operations including receiving, storing,



and organising inventory in an efficient mannerPerform quality checks on products throughout the production process to ensure they meet our high standardsOperate basic machinery and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelinesAssist with packaging and preparing finished products for dispatch to customersMaintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsSupport the logistics team with order fulfillment and shipment preparationRespond to operational needs and support team members as required to meet production targetsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or production environments is desirableStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standardsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisorsPhysical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating equipmentReliability and punctuality with a strong work ethicWillingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the production and warehouse environmentGood communication skills and a positive attitude towards workWorking knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing settingFlexibility to work in a fast-paced production environmentWhat We OfferWe are committed to supporting our employees and creating a workplace where you can thrive.
