We operate five pharmacy departments located across Eastern Melbourne that strongly value professional development and clinical education.We have an ongoing commitment to practice-based research and offer opportunities for involvement to all staff.This position is based at Angliss Hospital and will rotate to Wantirna Health and Peter James Centre when adequately trained.Participation in weekend and public holiday shifts and on-call roster isrequiredonce trained.
There will also be opportunities to pick up extra shifts at any of theEastern Health sitesif interested.Our pharmacists are supported by a broad multidisciplinary team, and we welcome pharmacists from the community and private healthcare sectors to apply.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:Current pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Previoushospital pharmacist or community pharmacist experience.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.A strong commitment tohigh-qualitycare.The ability to work as partof a diverse team.Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in theAustralian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
