Disability Support Worker (Male & Female) - Sunshine Coast | Part-time to Full time Pathway
ProCare Solution (Registered NDIS Provider) is hiring one male and one female Disability Support Worker to support a male participant living with Parkinson's disease on the Sunshine Coast.
These roles start casual ****** hours per week) as a secure role for the same time and hours each week.
, subject to probation and service demand.
Immediate start available for the right candidates who can hit the ground running and are looking for long-term employment.

About the role
You will provide person-centred support, including:
Personal care and daily living assistance (as required and per support plan)
Mobility support and safe transfers
Community access and transport to appointments/activities
Meal preparation and light household tasks
Accurate progress notes and documentation
Working within NDIS Practice Standards and ProCare policies
Your first placement will involve supporting a participant with Parkinson's disease, with opportunities to work with additional participants as hours increase.
Essential requirements
To be considered, you must have:




Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Community Services (or actively studying - proof required)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Ability to obtain immediately)
First Aid + CPR
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Comprehensive vehicle insurance
Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
Ability to follow support plans and document clearly
Highly regarded:
Experience with Parkinson's, neurological conditions, or mobility support
Manual handling experience
Medication assistance experience (where delegated and within scope)
Employment details

Pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications
