We are seeking a Retail & Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Oakleigh, VIC.

As a Retail & Customer Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our store.
Our store is generally calm rather than fast-paced making it an ideal position for someone who enjoys staying organised and working independently.
This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.Key responsibilitiesGreeting customers warmly and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance as they browse and shopAnswering customer enquiries about products, pricing and availability with professionalism and enthusiasmMaintaining the store's visual presentation by keeping shelves well-stocked, organised and attractively displayedAssisting with inventory management, including stock takes and receiving new deliveriesSupporting the store team to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customer loyaltyHandling customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessaryMaintaining a clean,
