About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team at theirWest Lakes clinicon either a full-time or part-time basis.
You will provide assessment and intervention services to children and young people aged0–25 years, managing a varied paediatric caseload across a range of communication and developmental needs.
The role is predominantly clinic-based, with less than 10% community work, primarily involving school visits. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and high-quality clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children and young adults.
Deliver evidence-based intervention for a diverse paediatric caseload.
Develop individualised therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
Collaborate with families, educators and other health professionals.
Provide practical strategies to support communication across home and school environments.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
Meet a target of approximately 5 billable hours per day while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience:Speech Pathologist:$80,000 – $95,000 + Super
Senior Speech Pathologist:$95,000 – $105,000 + Super

Requirements:
A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
Current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Previous experience working as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates are not being considered for this opportunity).
Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and family-centred approach to therapy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A current driver's licence and willingness to undertake occasional school visits.
Full Australian working rights or eligibility for visa sponsorship (candidate dependent).
