Shed Person / Yard Hand - Entry Level Position

Our client is seeking motivated team members to join their busy Mackay Harbour recycling yard. If you’re a mechanically minded forklift driver looking to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties
Provide exceptional customer service to customers entering the site
Load and unload trucks, skip bins and trailers using a counterbalance forklift
Buying, processing, sorting , and grading of non-ferrous materials
Manual handling and Forklift Operations
Assist with general yard duties
Maintain a clean, protected and organised work workplace
Follow all Work Health & Safety policies and procedures

You will require
Current LF Forklift Licence (counterbalance experience)
A solid commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Excellent work ethic and commitment to quality
