The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and quality control process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our feed mill.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily operations of the feed millOperate machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload raw material and finished productsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areasFollow all health and safety regulation and proceduresMonitor product quality and report to supervisor when issues ariseSupport other team members as needed to meet production goalsRequirements of successful candidatePrevious experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAbility to operate and maintain machinery in a timely mannerStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood physical condition and ability to perform manual labourAbility to work in a team workplace and follow instructionsWillingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtimeCompetitive wages and benefit packageOpportunity for career growth and developmentSupportive and friendly work environment
