About the role
TLC First Support Services is seeking an experienced
Administrator
to join our team on a
full-time basis
at our Mornington, TAS location.
This is a pivotal administrative role that will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions across the organisation.
As Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting multiple departments to achieve our strategic objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a growing support services organisation whilst maintaining a structured office environment.
What you'll be doing
Managing office calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating diary management for senior staff members
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
Preparing and processing administrative documents such as reports, presentations and meeting minutes
Maintaining organised filing systems and databases, both physical and digital
Coordinating office supplies and managing inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
Providing general administrative support to multiple departments and team members
Answering and directing telephone enquiries professionally
Supporting the organisation of meetings, events and facilities bookings
Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks as required
Contributing to the maintenance of a professional and efficient office environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within a support services environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting deadlines
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications (desirable):
Certificate III or IV in Administration, Business, or related field
Mandatory Requirements
WWVP Card with NDIS Screening (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
