The RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Marketing Assistant to join the team at our Beechworth HQ four days a week.
In this energetic role, you will be the driving force that turns strategy into reality, helping to activate and elevate our iconic brands including Beechworth Pale Ale and Free Time.This is a role perfect for a marketer who possesses a mix of design skills and communications experience.
Working closely across teams, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing while providing vital support to our Head of Design.

Key Responsibilities· Develop, write and schedule engaging content across all social platforms in alignment with the overall marketing plan and tone-of-voice.
· Monitor engagement and community interactions across social platforms.




· Design eye-catching print and digital marketing assets utilising established brand templates, supporting the Head of Design to maintain visual consistency.
· Capture and edit shot-form video content.
· Own the end-to-end creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing compelling copy, sourcing/creating imagery and managing deployment.
· Manage regular website updates with direction from Head of Marketing and Head of Design.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal marketing service requests, collaborating closely with venue managers and sales team to support activations and promotions.
· Administrate, organise and maintain the company's asset library to ensure all brand assets are up to date and easily accessible.
· Monitor performance of all digital platforms and provide regular reporting to the team.
Skills and Experience Technical & Design Skills:· Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) to adapt templates and create clean visual assets.
· Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling platforms.
· Experience working with digital communication engines (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar EDM tools) to build and deploy campaigns.
· Comfortable working within a CMS and ability to navigate GA4 or platform analytics to monitor performance.
· Ability to track, review and report on basic SEO, SEM and AEO performance metrics to help optimise digital reach.Core Competencies & Personal Attributes:· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for writing engaging, on-brand copy.
· Strong administrative habits with a sharp eye for detail, particularly when managing asset libraries and timelines.
· A genuine interest in and passion for craft beer and the independent brewing
