What's on offer:
FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara
Ongoing shutdowns
Strong site and leadership support
Opportunity to transition onto other major projects upon successful completion
Casual Flat Rates commencing from:
Day shift: $***** per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour when assigned to a Fortescue/FMG site.
Night shift: $***** per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour when assigned to a Fortescue/FMG site.
The Role
Day shift and Night shift availability
Experience with plant and equipment on port and mine sites preferred
Maintenance and Punchlist experience highly regarded
Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards.
Welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW and Arc air gouging.
MSIC desireable
Follow quality control systems and techniques
Perform other general duties as required
About You
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate




Construction White Card
Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
