About The Role
As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients and familiesManage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settingsRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channelsMaintain accurate and confidential client recordsSupport accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirementsAssist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service deliveryComplete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative dutiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience using practice management software (essential)Knowledge of NDIS administration processes or similar funding systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelThe ability to manage competing priorities and work independentlyA proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
