The Opportunities
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
Managing subcontractor and supplier packages
Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
Letting and administering trade packages
Procurement and tender comparisons
Managing variations, progress claims and cost reporting
Subcontractor negotiations
Contract administration and project documentation
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Estimators
Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance
Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience with an Australian builder or construction contractor
Experience as a Contract Administrator or Assistant Contract Administrator




Relevant construction, building, engineering or quantity surveying qualifications preferred
Valuable commercial and contractual understanding
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
Experience across
commercial, residential, fit-out, industrial or refurbishment projects
will all be considered.
What's On Offer
Salaries typically ranging from
$90,000–$140,000 + super
, depending on experience
