About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on both residential and commercial construction sites.
You'll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activity and subcontractors
Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries
Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards




Manage site documentation and reporting
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Resolve site issues promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in supervising both residential and commercial builds
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and OH&S;
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Trade qualification or relevant construction certification
White Card and valid driver's license
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
