What the Role Involves
Delivering warm, qualified service from guest arrival through to departure
Maintaining the highest service standards at all times
Working closely with management in a fast-paced, professional environment
Demonstrating strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
Managing service flow efficiently with attention to detail
Providing an exceptional guest experience every time
Running a section independently during service




What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality, high-volume or hatted venue
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Confident, engaging, and guest-focused personality — able to step straight into a section with minimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Valid RSA
Unrestricted working rights
Availability to work evenings and weekends
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Commitment to high standards of service
