About the role
The Supervisor - FIFO Roster position is a casual or contract role based in Kalgoorlie, running a short term operations project with chance to extend for the right candidate.
This essential supervisory role at Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) oversees the management of plant and machinery operation on one of our client's site's.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a group of workers and ensuring efficient, safe, and timely operations to BCS clients.

What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate a team of to manage operations on site
Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with BCS standards and client requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to team members
Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery




Maintain accurate records and documentation
What we're looking for
Section 26 training and WorkSafe statement of attainment
Experience (3+ years) in a similar project supervision role
Current and valid:
o Minimum C" class motor vehicle license
o Enter and work in confined spaces (RIIWHS202E)
o Work safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
o Gas test atmospheres (MSMWHS217)
o Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES****)
o Construction White Card
Strong technical expertise and understanding of mining equipment and maintenance procedures
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using relevant software and technology
