The Role
This role will suit Landscapers at varying stages of their career, from apprentices through to qualified operators ready to take on more responsibility. You will work across premium residential and commercial sites throughout Melbourne,



contributing to detailed outdoor construction projects and, for more experienced hires, helping lead site outcomes and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality landscaping works across residential and commercial projects
Assist with site preparation, planting, paving, and general landscape construction activities
Read and work to site plans and daily or weekly schedules where appropriate to experience level
Support the coordination of materials, trades, and upcoming site activities
Contribute to daily toolbox meetings and help maintain safe, organised sites
Oversee and guide apprentices where operating at qualified level
Work toward daily production goals while maintaining strong attention to detail and finish quality
