Factory Assistant | 3 Days Per Week | Up to $45/hr

Vanketo.co is looking for a reliable Factory Assistant to join our small production team in Mullumbimby.

We make premium Australian-made van accessories, including magnetic window covers and insect screens. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone practical, organised and happy to work in a busy factory setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a part time role, 3 days per week, with an immediate start available.

YOU WILL BE HELPING WITH:
Operating the CNC machine
Cutting fabric and production materials
Preparing materials for sewing
Packing finished orders
Checking product quality before dispatch
Keeping the workspace clean and organised
Helping the team with general factory tasks

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:




Is reliable and takes pride in their work
Can follow instructions carefully
Has valuable attention to detail
Is physically fit and comfortable standing, lifting and moving materials
Can work well in a small team
Is happy doing repetitive production work
Has some factory, production, CNC, cutting or packing experience, although training can be provided for the right person
Must commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months. If you can't commit to at least 6 months, please do not apply.

PAY
Base hourly rate: $30 per hour
Bonus structure: Earn up to $45 per hour when daily production objectives are met
