We are looking for an experienced Designer to join Katie in our Showroom located on Bathurst St in Hobart's CBD.

Have experience working as a
Designer in a joinery business

Interior Designer
that has experience in designing high end residential joinery and project management.
Design students
who are committed to staying in the role as Designer with KT Kitchens are welcome to apply also.
As part of our design team you will manage your own clients from the first "Hello" to design and onto completion.
You will be highly organised and thrive on watching your project schedule run smoothly.
You will be encouraged to apply your own design flair and style.
You will have a passion for creating beautiful spaces that are also highly functional.

Other important characteristics and skills you would recognise in yourself are:




Experience designing custom joinery or high-end interiors
Experience liaising with subcontractors and negotiating surprises
Solution focused, ALWAYS
Knowledgeable on finishes available and their correct applications/ restrictions
Project Management experience
A general understanding on Joinery Manufacturing and how it all goes together
Proudly takes ownership of their work
An exceptional communicator who listens first and guides clients with confidence
An outstanding eye for detail
Is patient, professional and genuinely enjoys working with people
CAD experience
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Cabinet Vision
