We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Cafe Supervisor
to support the Manager in leading our team at
Woods & Co.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and delivering high-quality food and coffee.
About the Role
As Café Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service, strong team communication, and consistently high standards across both food and customer experience.
The ideal working roster will be Wednesday - Sunday.
The role will commence in a part time capacity with a view to fulltime to transition into the role when our Supervisor takes Maternity leave.
What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service and coffee preparation within a café or retail food environment
Sound understanding of food safety practices and systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow and implement procedures
Confident, clear, and qualified communication skills




Pride in food handling and presentation
Experience with cash handling, including opening and closing procedures

Has excellent people skills and a genuine passion for customer service
Enjoys the energy of a busy café environment
Works well under pressure and as part of a team
Takes pride in maintaining high operational and service standards
Supports and communicates effectively with team members

Support the Manager in overseeing daily café operations
Ensure food and service standards are consistently met and exceeded
Lead by example to create a positive and productive team environment
Maintain strong communication with the team throughout each shift
