As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to drive Sales and provide Administration Support and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our studio.
This position requires a strong background in sales and business management, with a passion for martial arts being preferred but not mandatory.
You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, and fostering an workplace that promotes growth, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive membership growth, including lead generation, conversion, and retention efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Manage the studio's budget, financial reporting, and expense control to achieve targeted profitability goals.
Implement efficient studio processes and procedures to optimize operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Coordinate class schedules, workshops, and events, ensuring proper planning and execution.




Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, recommending innovative ideas to enhance the studio's offerings and attract new clientele.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Passion for martial arts, fitness, and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Previous experience in martial arts is preferred but not required.
