Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program – ****
Western District Health Service has exciting opportunities for newly graduated enrolled nurses to participate in the **** Graduate Nurse Program for Enrolled Nurses.
The overall aim of the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is to provide facilitated support in the clinical workplace for transferring existing knowledge into quality outcomes and developing further knowledge and skills to progress towards independent learning and practice.
The 12-month program will provide an excellent foundation for future career advancement by providing participants with the opportunity to develop clinical and leadership skills in a variety of rotations throughout the organisation, whilst being supported by trained preceptors, practice development nurses and the graduate nurse program coordinator.
