Roesa Holdings Pty Ltd Retail Manager – Full-Time | LEPI BAKERY GROUP Salary: AUD $77,500 – $82,500 per annum (plus superannuation) Employment Type: Full-Time (approximately 38 hours per week) Employer: Bakery Management Pty Ltd (ABN: **************) Location: Kambah, ACT ****, Australia About the Opportunity LEPI BAKERY GROUP is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Kambah, ACT bakery on a full-time, ongoing basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canberra's growing artisan bakery groups, renowned for its authentic French-inspired breads, pastries, and café experience.
Working alongside a highly accomplished French baker and pastry chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving the continued growth and success of our business.

Task & responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery,



ensuring exceptional customer service, presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, mentor, and supervise retail and café staff, including rostering, recruitment, and performance management.
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and operational planning.
Monitor sales performance, manage store budgets, inventory, stock control, and minimise product wastage.
Ensure product displays are maintained to a high standard and coordinate with bakery production to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally, delivering outstanding customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety (WHS), company policies, and all relevant legislative requirements.
Qualification & experience A relevant AQF Certificate IV or higher in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field; or at least three (3) years' relevant full-time retail management experience, preferably within a bakery, café, or food retail environment.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Retail Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, budgeting, and sales performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
Sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety (WHS), and retail compliance requirements.




Experience using POS systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
