Wait Staff | The Breslin Bar & Grill – Southbank

The Breslin Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic wait staff and a Bartender member to join our team in Southbank.

We're a busy venue with a loyal local following, plenty of regulars and a great atmosphere. We believe positive service is about making people feel welcome, paying attention to the little things and working together as a team.

If you enjoy hospitality, like working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely love looking after people, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome.
Taking food and drink orders and providing menu recommendations.
Delivering food and beverages with confidence and attention to detail.
Keeping tables and service areas clean and organised.
Working closely with our kitchen and bar team to ensure a smooth service.
Helping create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What we're looking for




Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred, but attitude is just as significant.
Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys working with people.
A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves during busy services.
Strong communication skills and a skilled presentation.
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
A current Victorian RSA.
