A vacancy has recently become available for an effective and well organised Office Administrator to support the Financial Controller and the Accounts team.

This is a part time position working Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm, with the option to go full time.

While the successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of the administration department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a good understanding of administration functions,



with previous experience in a similar office setting and proven experience in accounts.

It's important you are also:
Computer literate and have experience with Pentana Solutions
Proficient in Excel.
A bright and outgoing person
Able to multitask and organise
Able to work in a team workplace and unsupervised

Previous experience working in a dealership environment will be preferred.
