Starting Salary:
$92,279 per year plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will:
Support families to navigate the NDIS access process for children with diagnosed disability.
Conduct developmental assessments and conversations to explore a child's development and determine the likelihood of meeting developmental delay criteria for NDIS access.
Provide guidance where NDIS access is not required, ensuring families still receive appropriate support pathways.

About You
We are seeking suitability qualified and experienced professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education, Allied Health, Allied Health Assistant or related qualification in Human Services.
Sound knowledge of typical and atypical child development.
Sound knowledge of conducting and interpreting general childhood development screeners and assessments.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Working knowledge of regional mainstream and community supports and services for children.
Demonstrated awareness of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Early Childhood approach and commitment to early childhood intervention best practice principals.
