We're seeking an experienced
Electrician
to join a Mine Water Management team at
Rio Tinto's Gudai-Darri operation
, maintaining the critical dewatering infrastructure that keeps one of Australia's most advanced mining operations running.
This isn't a large crew setting.
You'll be part of a small, highly capable team, trusted to work autonomously across bore fields, pumps, control circuits and associated water management assets.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting:
Mine dewatering systems
Bore pumps and borefield infrastructure




Motor control and electrical control circuits
Water management assets
Electrical fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance
This role requires someone who can work safely and independently while contributing to a strong team culture.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
WA A Grade Electrical Licence
Current LVR/CPR
Current First Aid Certificate
C Class Manual Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
Residing in Perth, WA with full unrestricted working rights
Highly Regarded:
5+ years post-apprenticeship experience
Mining or FIFO experience
Experience with dewatering systems, pumps, borefields and control circuits
Ability to work autonomously in remote environments
