About the team -
The ERP Program team is responsible for leading enterprise transformation to improve how our people, processes and technology work together.
Be part of modernising how the ASC operates and engages through a phased ERP journey across our Lean ERP (Finance/HR/Portfolio), Grants and Customer programs.
Make a real impact working at the intersection of business, technology and change, to help shape the future of the ASC and support Australian sport.
About the role -
You will provide governance, program and portfolio oversight and executive reporting support and advisory across the program and to the ERP Program Director.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum three years demonstrated experience in digital product and/or solution strategy, governance, portfolio management or digital transformation in large-scale, cross-functional ERP environments or public sector digital transformation.
Strong briefing capability, including experience preparing Director, Executive and Board-level documentation, including cross-functional briefings.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial and risk management skills.
Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced, diverse stakeholder environment.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder and executive audiences.
The following experience and capabilities are desirable and would enhance the candidate's ability to effectively deliver the responsibilities of the role:
Experience in the Australian Public Service or broader public sector.
Familiarity with product lifecycles, service delivery and/or enterprise platform governance or delivery.
Understanding of cyber risk, privacy, digital service,
and quality assurance frameworks.
Agile, PRINCE2 or similar delivery certification, or proven complex delivery experience.
About you -
Minimum three years demonstrated experience in digital products, solutions or transformation projects or programs
Experience in public sector digital transformation or portfolio management is highly desired
Strong governance and executive advisory background
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to operate well in a complex, fast-paced environment with consideration to risk and financial factors

Eligibility
To be eligible for this secondment opportunity, applicants must be currently employed by the Australian Public Service (APS).
Applicants are required to be Australian citizens only and must be able to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
