GRC Hydro is currently seeking a Water Engineer to join our growing team, for a Project Engineer position.
Successful candidates will undertake flood and stormwater modelling for flood studies, floodplain management, urban drainage assessments and infrastructure design projects.
Candidates will be encouraged to manage and oversee projects wherever possible.Candidates must have:Degree in Civil Engineering or HydroscienceTwo to three years experience as a water engineer particularly with TUFLOW model software, as well with DRAINS and WBNM hydrologic modelsDemonstrated ability in written and verbal communicationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationshipsThe successful candidate will have opportunities to:Undertake flood and floodplain management studies for a diverse range of projects and localitiesWork on major development and infrastructure projects of national significanceDevelop, enhance,



calibrate and review hydrologic and hydraulic modelsParticipate in all aspects of a project from the tendering phase through to project completionInteract with clients and manage aspects of a projectBe mentored by experienced project managers, hydrologists and flood modellersWork as part of competent, professional, friendly teamGRC Hydro is a growing engineering consultancy, based in Sydney and established in ****.
