About the RoleAs the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will support the management and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across the IT function.Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to ensure it effectively supports IT Service Management processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platformDevelop and implement platform enhancementsConfigure and manage Service Catalogue items and Request ItemsSupport ITSM processes including Change, Configuration, Event,



and Release ManagementGather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve platform-related issuesCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Strong hands-on ServiceNow Administration experienceExperience with Service Catalogue development and Request Item (RITM) managementPractical knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworksExperience across Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processesExperience working within a large corporate or enterprise setting
