An established NDIS-registered allied health provider in North East Melbourne is seeking a Team Lead Speech Pathologist to support and develop its growing Speech Pathology team.This position offers an ideal balance between clinical practice and leadership.
The full-time structure includes three clinically focused days and two days dedicated to management and team leadership.
Part-time arrangements may also be considered and can be discussed based on your availability.About the Role You will provide evidence-based Speech Pathology services to clients across the lifespan while supporting clinicians through supervision, mentoring and day-to-day leadership.The caseload may include children, adolescents and adults with a variety of communication, swallowing and disability-related needs.
Services are delivered through a combination of clinic appointments, community visits and telehealth.Your leadership responsibilities will include:Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to Speech PathologistsSupporting clinicians with complex cases and clinical decision-makingPromoting high-quality,
