This role combines both Corporate and Operational responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse and hands-on work environment.
You will play a key role in developing, implementing, supporting HSE systems, and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with WHS legislation, site safety systems, and project proceduresPerform routine safety inspections, hazard observations, and risk assessmentsLead or support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.Undertake internal HSE audits and attend client HSE meetingsPrepare, maintain, and communicate HSE reports, records, and project documentationContribute to the development and implementation of project-specific HSE procedures and work instructions and internal communication toolsLiaise with clients, auditors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to support HSE outcomesBuild positive working relationships with project personnel to promote safety awarenessTechnical Skills & ExperienceProficient inMyosh(advanced configuration and workflow design experience highly regarded)Robust knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and compliance requirementsExperience in incident investigation, corrective action development, and risk managementProficiency in developing HSE Management systems,
