You will be responsible for ensuring our client's first point of contact is a pleasurable experience by delivering a high level of customer service that exceeds our client's expectations.
This role offers exposure to many facets throughout Xypex and plays a pivotal support role to the sales team through administrative support, warehouse and office organisation, and delivering excellence in servicing our customers.
This role offers the successful candidate a broad and diverse exposure to the building and construction industries at a multitude of levels.
To succeed in this role, you will display an exceptional can-do attitude and work ethic with a passion to deliver excellence in customer service, administrative support and warehousing activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling front line Customer enquiries from general product information, pricing and order enquiries in a professional and prompt manner
Managing and processing orders including arranging delivery
Maintain stock levels and completing regular stocktakes
Full warehouse organisation and activities
Building Client relations with new and existing clientele in conjunction with Sales Representatives
Administrative support to the other Sales Offices where required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:




Well presented with strong people skills and the ability to build strong rapport with Clients
Previous administration, sales support, customer service, office management experience with confidence to use Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn other software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude to learn new skills in product and technical information
Valid unrestricted Driver License
Current Forklift license and previous experience working in a stores/warehouse position
Ability to work unsupervised and comfortable to be working alone at times
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy, time management and ability to prioritise to meet required timeframes
Ability to multitask effectively and quickly solve problems in a professional manner
Previous experience within the Building and/or Construction Industry is an advantage
